How we make your mat, step by step
No surprises, no hidden machinery. These are the five steps every order goes through, from your first email to your mat arriving at your door.

Mockup
Digital pre-mockup
We create a digital mockup so you see exactly how your mat will look before we print it.

Approval
You give the OK
You confirm sizes, colours and logo placement. Only when you approve, we launch production.

Production
Chromojet printing
We print the design using Chromojet technology on polyamide fibre, mount on NBR base and finish the edges.

Delivery
15-19 days at your door
We pack and ship anywhere in Spain and Europe. If urgent, just ask.

These are the formats we accept
For photographic-quality printing we need your logo or design in one of these four formats. If yours isn't ready, no worries: our prepress team prepares it for you at no extra cost.
Don't have your file in one of these formats? Send us whatever you have — even a photo of the logo — and we'll vectorise it for you.

What's included
What you get in every mat
Same technical specs across all models. The difference between A3, A5, A6 and A8 is in fibre weight and edge finish.
Materials
100% Polyamide + NBR
Top fibre of 100% type 6 polyamide, where the design is printed with intense colours. Non-slip base of NBR rubber for stability and safety on any floor.
Lead time
15-19 days from approval
Standard lead time from when you approve the mockup until it ships. If your project is urgent, just ask: we'll analyse and offer the best solution.
Minimum order
No minimum
We are fully flexible. We produce from a single mat to large runs for companies, events or retail chains. Special rates for large volumes.
Safety
Cfl-s1 fire rating
All our mats meet the highest safety standards. Cfl-s1 rating makes them suitable for public spaces and demanding professional environments.
Edges
20 mm rubber edges
Every mat includes perimeter rubber edges of approximately 20 mm. They protect the textile fibre, extend useful life and prevent trips.
Non-slip
Textured NBR base
Textured rubber base with non-slip properties. Stability on any surface, no shifting. Suitable for indoor use and high-traffic areas.
